Lenya Heitzig is an award-winning author, national speaker, and global philanthropist. She’s passionate about God’s Word doing His work in the lives of women. Her heart for children caught in the crossfire of terrorism propelled her to found a ministry called Reload Love. By transforming spent bullet casings into beautiful brass charms, Reload Love raises awareness for child victims of terror while the proceeds transform battlegrounds into playgrounds.

As executive director of Sheologie, Lenya encourages thousands of women to engage in God’s Word, helping them experience transforming change in their lives through Bible studies, national conferences, and regional retreats.

Lenya and her team at Sheologie encourage women worldwide through a local, quarterly Bible study that is available on sheologie.com. The site averages over 10,000 visitors monthly. Additionally, Lenya provides an online Bible study to a nationwide audience.

Lenya has shared the platform with Kay Arthur, Anne Graham Lotz, and Joni Eareckson Tada. She has been the featured keynote presenter at multiple national women’s events and retreats. She has partnered with Florence Littauer and CLASS Seminars, as well as Proverbs 31 Ministries. She also chaired the women’s committee for the Billy Graham and Franklin Graham Crusade in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Her greatest privilege is being the wife of Skip Heitzig, pastor of Calvary Church, with a congregation of 15,000 members. She loves cooking for her family, whether falafels or frankfurters. As a Pinterest fanatic, her DIY projects fill closets, countertops, containers, and eventually the hearts and homes of her loved ones. Her personal motto is, “Run so you can eat.” Most days, she hits the trail with her faithful dog, Mack. Lenya has one son, Nathan, who is married to her daughter-in-love, Janaé. They have two children, Seth Nathaniel and Kaydence Joy.
